I am getting older, so I have started giving some serious thought to estate planning. There are too many families that are ripped apart every day because no one took the time to get things settled before it was too late. I am certainly not rich, but I do have a few investment accounts, some property and other things that should be divided estate planning Ausitn TX amongst my spouse and children if something happens to me. I am not even sure where to get started, so I will probably ask someone I know what to do next.
